Beyond Contract Review: Introducing LegalOn Matter Management

Today, I’m excited to announce major enhancements to LegalOn’s contract review AI, and a brand new Matter Management product that handles contract requests and every other legal matter. Review AI remains at the heart of what we do, and we've made it even more powerful to solve more problems. 

We’ve launched a powerful and thoughtfully designed interface for reviewing redlines to first-party paper, assessing whether counterparty changes meet your fallback positions. 

We’re also providing translation across 28 languages so you can easily work on contracts in any major language.

Knowledge Core

At the heart of our new platform is Knowledge Core—the AI foundation that transforms past work into future leverage. It connects your contracts, templates, and precedents across every feature, ensuring:

LegalOn Assistant

Since we launched LegalOn Assistant last year, it has become an essential tool for teams who need quick and accurate answers about their contracts, whether they're looking for specific language, comparing terms, or drafting new clauses. We've added significant new capabilities to Assistant, enabling users to:
