LegalOn Appoints Matthew Rowell to Drive UK Growth

SAN FRANCISCO (July 10, 2025) — LegalOn Technologies, a global leader in legal AI for contracting, has appointed Matthew Rowell as its sales leader for the UK. Matthew is based in London and will lead LegalOn’s sales efforts to accelerate growth across the UK and Europe.

Matthew brings nearly a decade of experience scaling go-to-market operations in legal tech and SaaS. Before joining LegalOn, he built high-performing teams and expanded market share as Head of Business Development at CreateiQ, the contract management platform created by Linklaters, and Head of Partnerships at SeedLegals.
